    • The big picture of women in leadership: key trends and statistics.
    • Self-advocacy and personal leadership - speaking up and driving your career forward.
    • Exploring the characteristics and approaches of successful female leaders.
    • Identifying leadership challenges: overcoming bias, imposter syndrome, and limited access to networks.
    • Defining emotional intelligence (EI) and understanding its impact on leadership success.
    • Exploring the four EI competencies
    • Exercises and self-assessments to identify emotional triggers and strengths.

 

  • Day 2: Applied Leadership and Coaching
    • Understanding behavioural and social styles.
    • Adapting communication and leadership approaches to different personalities.
    • Understanding the four leadership styles.
    • Coaching for Results® framework - guiding employees through performance conversations.
    • Setting S.M.A.R.T. goals to drive accountability and performance.
    • The delegation process: assigning tasks, setting expectations, and providing recognition.
    • Action planning - creating a personal roadmap for continued growth and leadership impact.

Rosemarie Bugnet

Rosemarie is a seasoned performance consultant and corporate trainer with over 30 years of experience facilitating impactful workshops. She has trained thousands of participants across the private and public sectors in Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Her clients span diverse industries, including education, finance, manufacturing, telecommunications, health care, law enforcement, hospitality, and construction. She has also worked with the National Hockey League and Team Canada (World Junior and Women’s World Ice Hockey Championships).
