RTD Global – Terms and Conditions for Open Enrollment Training
1. Student-Initiated Reschedule Requests
•
Rescheduling is based on the first scheduled day of the course.
•
Students may reschedule at no charge if the request is made more than 10 full business days before the course start date.
•
Reschedule requests made 10 or fewer full business days prior to the course start date are treated as cancellations and will incur a 100% course fee.
•
Students who wish to attend a future course after a late cancellation must pay the full course fee again.
2. Student Cancellations
•
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to training@rtdglobal.com.
•
A full refund will be issued for cancellations received more than 10 full business days prior to the course start date.
•
Cancellations made 10 or fewer full business days before the course start date and No-Shows will be charged 100% of the course fee.
3. Student Substitutions
•
Substitutions are allowed at no charge with at least 2 full business days’ notice prior to the course start date.
•
Substitute participants are subject to the same terms and conditions as the original registrant.
•
No-Shows are considered cancellations and are subject to the student cancellation policy.
4. RTD Global Reschedules or Cancellations
•
Courses may be delivered directly by RTD Global Inc. or through one of our official training partners, depending on availability and scheduling.
•
If RTD Global or one of our delivery partners must cancel or reschedule a course, we will provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice, whenever possible.
•
In the event of a course cancellation, a full refund of the course fee will be issued.
•
RTD Global is not responsible for any non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses incurred by students as a result of a course cancellation or rescheduling.
