Founder - Jerry Van Olst

I’m Jerry Van Olst, founder of RTD Global Inc., a Canadian-based training company I launched in 2003 to help organizations and individuals unlock their potential through practical, results-driven learning solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in the learning and development industry, I’ve held senior leadership roles in some of Canada’s most respected training organizations. My past experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales for Eastern Canada at Global Knowledge and as General Manager at The PSC Group, where I helped establish Canada’s first Cisco Authorized Training Partner. Earlier in my career, I served as President and CEO of Northland Systems, a telecom-focused learning and development company that I founded and led through a public offering.

I’ve also worked extensively with public and private sector clients to design and deliver strategic learning programs. As Business Development Manager at Algonquin College Corporate Training, I led their growth strategy and client engagement, helping employers align their workforce development with real-world needs.
