This engaging one-day workshop leverages the powerful DYNAMIX® Personal Profile - a research-based self-assessment completed prior to the course. Participants receive their personalized DYNAMIX® report, which provides unique insights into their communication preferences and key behaviours of success.
Using this profile as a foundation, the course helps participants develop greater self-awareness, understand others’ styles, and adapt their communication to improve collaboration, trust, and results in the workplace.
Through guided reflection, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, participants learn to translate self-knowledge into tangible performance improvements.
